Refund Policy
Match Up India offers the purchase of digital currency (“Hearts”) through its mobile applications on iOS and Android. Payment processing and refund handling depend on the platform through which the purchase is made.
Platform-Based Payments
iOS (Apple In-App Purchases)

Payments made on iOS devices are processed by Apple using your Apple ID.

Match Up India does not process payments or store payment information for iOS purchases.
Android (Third-Party Payment Gateway)

Payments made on Android devices are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay).

Match Up India does not store or process sensitive payment information.
Refund Policy – iOS (Apple Users)
All purchases made through Apple In-App Purchases (IAP) are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

Match Up India does not issue refunds for iOS purchases.

All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

Refund eligibility, approval, and timelines are determined solely by Apple.
Refund Policy – Android Users
All purchases of digital currency (Hearts) made on Android devices are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable Indian law.
Match Up India follows a no-refund policy for:

Successfully completed transactions

Consumable digital items credited to the user’s account

Hearts that are partially or fully used
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unused Hearts.
Exceptions (As Required by Law – Android Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Payment debited but Hearts not credited due to a technical failure

Any situation where a refund is mandated under applicable Indian consumer protection laws
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as required by law.
Technical Issues & Support
If you experience a technical issue (such as Hearts not being credited after a successful payment), please contact Match Up India support within a reasonable time of the transaction. We will investigate and assist accordingly.

Changes to This Policy
Match Up India reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will remain compliant with applicable laws, Apple App Store policies, and Google Play policies.
