Refund Policy

Virtual Currency

  • The App may offer virtual currency (“Hearts”) or in-app purchases.

  • Hearts have no monetary value and are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Payments

  • All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • The Company does not retain or store full card or UPI details.

Refunds

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where statutory law requires otherwise.
