Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Services.

Eligibility

  • You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

  • You possess a valid Indian mobile number (as required) and any applicable identity credentials.

  • You will use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local norms.

User Account & Obligations

  • You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your profile and during verification.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

  • You shall not:

  1. Use false identities, impersonate others, or create multiple/fake accounts;

  2. Upload content that is obscene, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful;

  3. Engage in harassment, stalking, spam, scams, solicitations, or any form of deceptive behaviour;

  4. Use the App for any commercial solicitations or third-party promotions.

User Content License

  • By uploading any content (e.g., photos, videos, text) to the App, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely within the App for the purpose of providing Services. You affirm that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Safety, Moderation & Liability

  • The Company reserves the right — but is not obligated — to review or moderate profiles, content, or activity. We may block or remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not guarantee real-time monitoring of all user communications or interactions.

  • You acknowledge and accept that the Company does not conduct background checks on other Users. Any offline or online interaction you undertake is at your own risk.

  • The Company is not liable for:

  1. Any harm (physical, emotional, financial) resulting from interactions with other Users;

  2. Misuse of information by Users or third parties;

  3. Unauthorized access or data breaches caused by third parties;

  4. Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

Termination of Account

  • The Company may suspend or blacklist your account, without notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of Services, or for legal or security reasons. You may also delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon deletion or termination, your publicly visible profile is removed, but certain data may be retained for fraud prevention or legal purposes as per Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the App — including trademarks, logos, design, source code, user interface, and proprietary features — remain the exclusive property of Reformative Ventures (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or any particular match or outcome

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, reputational harm, emotional distress, or any damages arising from your use of the App or from interactions with other Users.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App, your content, or your interactions with other Users.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and all disputes arising thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be struck down or modified to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Amendments

  • The Company may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the App or website, updating the “Last Revised” date. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
